Personalised competence-based learning paths for vocational education and training in Europe (PE-LE)
The project supports the core competences of vocational training and the international courses of study of vocational school students. The pupils’ ability to quickly find their way into a new working environment improves. The search for both suitable and missing competences is accelerating and becoming more and more flexible. A comparison of existing knowledge and project results shows that, in addition to the working environment, the quality of the results has improved, as has the students’ knowledge of language, culture and society.
A digital platform will be created to support and flexibly mobilise Europe. This platform supports competence-based training. It contains content and materials for the students of the coaching programme and for the trainers. It also provides information on practical and theoretical learning content in the workplace within Europe.
The digital platform is accessible to all European educational institutions. The aim is to increase the frequency of use and thus expand the database of jobs offered by businesses across Europe.
A plan for the dissemination of project results for products will be drawn up at a project meeting in Barcelona. It will also assess what additional resources are available or are available for the dissemination of the project results. A plan will also be drawn up for future funding. With XARXA network and digitisation results, the results will of course also be used after the end of the project. Potentially attractive new financing opportunities are intended to promote mobility and further develop project products.
Lapland Education Centre, REDU, from Finland, participating as the coordinator for the project.
